LEADERSHIP
Apply the best that I can become.

Military leadership
During my time in the U.S. Army, I developed foundational leadership skills such as discipline, accountability, and teamwork. I was responsible for completing missions under pressure while supporting those around me. This experience directly connects to Outcome #4, where leadership is developed through action. It shaped my ability to stay composed and make decisions in high-pressure environments.
MULTIPLE PATHWAYS
At my internship, I learned a great deal in the administration and operations sector. However, the experience was very vital because it also brought out to wanting to connect with more fruitful pathways, such as sales, marketing, and even youth coaching. I applied leadership by guiding adults and young players of the community not only in sports skills but also in professional behavior and mindset. I used communication and encouragement to reflect my passion for helping others. This reflects Outcome #1, where coaching goes beyond skills and focuses on personal development.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & TEAM ENVIRONMENTS
Working in sports-related roles, I learned how to lead through service—helping clients, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism. This connects to Outcome #2, where business principles impact sports environments. Leadership in this setting required patience, communication, and problem-solving.
