K KO
5 and 10 YEAr PLAN
5-YEAR PLAN
In the next five years, I plan to gain full-time experience in coaching and build my way to take on sports manager roles. I aim to work in youth sports organizations or training facilities where I can continue developing athletes and applying my leadership skills. However, I will also continue to build my knowledge in business and education to expand my career opportunities.

10-YEAR PLAN
In ten years, I plan to take on a leadership role such as a program director, head coach, or sports business manager. I have two main goals, which are to continue to pursue an advanced and manage a sports program that focuses on youth development, combining coaching, education, and mentorship. I want to build an environment that sets a standard on positively impacting both athletes, families, and their communities.

REALITY CHECK / PLAN B
While my goals are ambitious, I understand the importance of flexibility. If I am unable to immediately secure a leadership role, I will continue building experience through coaching, certifications, and networking. My military background, education, and hands-on experience give me a strong foundation to achieve these goals, and I am confident in my ability to adapt and succeed.
